We live in a toxic world. Artic creatures have plastics and petrochemicals in their blood. Unborn babies all over the world have toxic chemicals in their cord blood. We used to believe this wasn't possible because the placenta was supposed to protect the baby from harmful chemicals. The food we eat is contaminated, even if we buy organic food. The water we drink is full of prescription drugs we would never think of taking on a daily basis, included chemotherapy. The air is not clean, especially in the big cities. So, what can we do?
We can do a regular detoxification program to keep the liver healthy, the colon clean, and you will see it reflected in your skin!
My program consists of several recommendations. I do not suggest you do them all at once, and some may not be right for you for a variety of reasons.
1. Look at your diet. Remove all sugar, unhealthy fats, flour, and processed food. Clean out your kitchen pantry. Vow to never have it in your house again.
2. Ionic footbath- While controversial to some, I have become convinced this really works. No, I don't think the water color reflects what toxins are coming out of your feet. In fact, reputable manufacturers will tell you this is not true. The color comes from the metal in the exciter, or the device that creates ions in the water. Ions attract cellular waste and pull it out of the cells into the blood stream. From there, your kidneys, liver, lungs, and skin do their thing. I recommend at least 7 treatments, no more than three times a week and no less than once a week.
3.
Oral chelation- this is a fabulous way to clean out the arteries and improve circulation.
4.
Cleansing tea- get your colon cleaned out using a cleansing program with or without fasting.
5. Lymph massage- improves immune function and helps get the lymph out of the tissues and into circulation where it belongs.
6.
Perillyl extract- a powerful detoxing agent
7.Cellular cleanse with
D-Toxerate
8. Cleanse the liver with
Protectiver
9. Drink plenty of clean water, preferably distilled or reverse osmosis. If using a water bottle, it should be stainless steel, glass, or BPA free plastic.
10. Consider colonics. This is a gentle process of irrigating the colon sort of like an enema, but much more slowly. It is done by a qualified and licensed practitioner using special equipment. While you can do this at home, it is messy and time consuming. If you want to try it, I recommend "Dr. Jensen's Better Bowel Care" for the instructions and precautions.
