My first teleseminar for guided imagery is on April 20th at 3 pm PDT, 4 pm MDT(Arizonans, remember we are on Pacific Daylight Time during the summer!), and 5 pm EDT. It is FREE! Please annouce yourself as you enter the call, then mute your phone by pressing *6 if there is any background noise where you are. I will mute the call before I begin speaking to make the lines clearer. If you can listen by speaker phone or headset, you will find it easier to relax.
